The location is central. It is close to many attractions. i walked to syntagma square easily. the staff were helpful and friendly .
the elevators were small and seemed old. there were only two elevators. this caused some delay during busy times.

the location was great for getting around. the staff stored my luggage for a few days at no extra charge. i appreciated the room being very clean.
i found the room to be noisy. there was a lot of noise from the street at night and it was hard to sleep. i think better soundproofing is needed.

The location was very central (a definite plus for exploring!). it was close to syntagma square, so access to the airport bus was easy. the staff were helpful at reception. I appreciated their quick assistance. my room had good air conditioning. This was very important during the summer heat.
the toilet was a bit small but manageable. it was a minor inconvenience overall.

The noise really bothered me. We were on a lower floor. it sounded like garbage trucks all night. The windows didn't block much noise. the mattress sagged in the middle. I woke up with a sore back. the breakfast was a bit plain. I expected more options.
